Victory Outreach Ontario is a California non-profit church organization, dedicated to reaching hurting people in the San Bernadino County area and throughout the world. We offer free rehabilitation homes and exciting programs for at risk youth, as well as an encouraging family church setting in which we build and equip families to work in these troubled areas of our city.  We appreciate your help .  We have a federal group Tax Identification  number.
